Vicars and Tarts costume parties are a British craze where men dress as “Tarts” and women dress as “Vicars”. While the attendees will come dressed as they will, we will encourage them to come in costume by having a costume contest to crown a Miss Tart and a Mr. Vicar.

Saint Louis Vicars and Tarts will be more than just a costume party; it is a celebration of visual and performing arts. This show will be exhibiting juried art representing society’s struggle between freedom of expression, sin, and sexuality. Vicars and Tarts will also showcase some of the local St. Louis music talent by having up to six bands play over the course of the evening.
